A newly renovated warehouse building in Moorestown has landed a 135,000-square-foot tenant, under a long-term lease arranged by brokers with NAI Mertz.
The undisclosed tenant leased the space at 540 Glen Ave., a complex located about four miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295, NAI Mertz said. The transaction represents more than two-thirds of the 209,000-square-foot building.
Fred Meyer and Jonathan Klear of NAI Mertz represented both sides in the deal, touting the building’s new roof and newly paved parking lot, along with 18- to 24-foot clear ceiling heights and wide column spacing.
