NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has promoted broker Kyle Gerace to vice president, touting his role in several major industrial deals and in strengthening the firm’s standing in the market.
The company said that Gerace, who joined its team in 2020, is a consistent strong performer who has finished as one of its top three producers for two consecutive years. He was also recognized last year as a leading leasing broker in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
NAIDB, meantime, cited the Hudson County resident’s lasting client relationships.
“Kyle’s contributions to NAIDB and the industry stem from his focus, determination and teamwork,” said David A. Simon, the firm’s chief operating officer. “His understanding of nuances within the markets he covers has helped him achieve excellent results for the companies he represents.”
NAIDB noted that Gerace, a pitching standout on Rutgers University’s baseball team, immersed himself in the brokerage profession immediately after graduating. He rose through central New Jersey’s highly competitive commercial real estate market thanks to what the firm described as his sharp analytical skills, tenacity and ability to absorb market knowledge.
His transactions during the past two years include the off-market $19.5 million sale of a 6.5-acre, 38,000-square-foot industrial property in New Brunswick and being named as part of NAIDB’s exclusive leasing brokerage team at the same warehouse and logistics property, according to a news release. Gerace also orchestrated the $7.25 million trade of an industrial building occupying 1.6 acres in Middlesex County and represented a seller in finding a buyer in the $8.2 million sale of a five-acre industrial property in Piscataway.
What’s more, Gerace was part of the NAIDB team that helped facilitate the sale of a 30,000-square-foot Essex County industrial property to a global bakery, coffee and tea brand.
“In this business, I’ve learned it is crucial to be open to coaching, mentorship and creative thinking — all of which have been encouraged and supported since I arrived at NAIDB as a trainee,” Gerace said. “I look forward to continuing to serve my clients with the highest level of attention, professionalism and expertise.”
