NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has promoted brokers Kyle Gerace and Robert V. DiLeo to associate vice president, touting their role in growing the firm’s footprint and transaction volume.
The Woodbridge-based team, which focuses on northern and central New Jersey, cited Gerace’s involvement in several noteworthy transactions in recent years, including two industrial sales in East Brunswick and Piscataway totaling $15.45 million in value and 77,000 square feet. He also completed two industrial leases in Middlesex and Monmouth counties totaling more than 70,000 square feet, along with an office property sale in Union County.
DiLeo, meantime, assists tenants and property owners in leasing and sales transactions, including the $8.2 million trade of a single-story warehouse building and finalizing the leasing of 17,500 and 10,000 square feet at two newly constructed industrial properties, both in Piscataway, according to a news release. He also was part of the tenant representation team for two long-term office leases involving a New York City-based medical provider tenant at Forrestal Professional Center II in Plainsboro and at 310 Madison Ave. in Morris Township.
“This promotion is well deserved and a reflection of Kyle and Roberts’ exceptional achievements over the past several years,” said David Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer. “They possess the skillset, determination and personalities to flourish in this business and their professional growth has been impressive.”
Gerace, who joined NAIDB in 2020, was a pitcher for the Rutgers University baseball team. The firm added that he was recognized as one of its top producers last year.
“In this business it is very important to find a way to provide value, whether it is internally within your team or with clients, and I strive to do this each day,” Gerace said. “Working in an environment like the one at NAIDB, where experienced professionals provide constant support and guidance, is critical to my career trajectory. I look forward to building upon these early successes for many years to come.”
DiLeo, also a Rutgers graduate, is a fourth-generation commercial real estate brokerage professional who has been with NAIDB for five years.
“Our firm’s size and years of experience in select markets gives NAIDB the unique ability to pivot as needed and support the needs of our clients in any given cycle,” DiLeo said. “Our brokerage team members are collaborative, and through internal cooperation and communication, there is an open path for career growth and success.”
