A nail salon has leased space at a new retail development on Route 33 in Monmouth County, in a newly announced deal by Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm, which represented both parties, said the transaction with The Nail Bar and Spa LLC comes as construction continues at the corner of Route 33 and Colts Neck Road in Farmingdale, with completion slated for later this spring or early summer. The operator joins other tenants that have committed, including Jersey Mike’s, Centra State Medical Center, Dollar General and Salon En Suites.
