NAIOP New Jersey has announced seven finalists for its coveted Deal of the Year honors, with plans to unveil the winners at its annual awards gala slated for early October.
The commercial real estate development association, which will host the event on Thursday, Oct. 7, at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, will present the award to one project each in the industrial and office categories. The finalists include:
