National Integrity Title Agency has hired Victoria Zabala, whose focus will be on building relationships through networking, signing new accounts with realtors and fostering agent alliances with marketing assistance.
In an announcement, the firm said Zabala brings strong time management, strategic planning and effective execution skills. She will be based at the NITA headquarters in the Marlton section of Evesham and will first concentrate her efforts across South Jersey.
Prior to entering the real estate and, specifically, the title insurance industry, Zabala spent 11 years in the hospitality business, holding positions ranging from server and wedding coordinator to banquet sales to general manager.
“I attribute much of my success to learning on the job from an incredible group of mentors,” Zabala said. “When I transitioned into sales, I began to thrive and now look forward to challenging my comfort zone and helping NITA grow.”
NITA co-founder and CEO George E. Duffield Sr. added: “Victoria is one of a kind, thriving on the development of relationships that stand the test of time. In her first few weeks here, she has hit the ground running and is already making a difference.”
