A partnership has purchased a fully leased, 55,000-square-foot office building in Evesham, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Located in the township’s Marlton section, the property at 8000 Lincoln Drive is part of the Greentree Corporate Center near Route 73. Geico occupies the entire building, WCRE said, noting that it is minutes from Interstate 295 and a host of retail, dining and hospitality options.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Executive Vice President John Mozzillo represented the seller, M3 Real Estate Holdings LLC, and buyers listed as 620/730 North Broad Street LLC and Woodbury Medical Centers LP.
