An investor has sold a 40,000-square-foot office building along Route 73 in Burlington County, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said the buyer, an affiliate of Needleman Management, paid an undisclosed price for the property at 400 Lippincott Drive in Evesham, part of the South Crossing complex in the township’s Marlton section. In announcing the deal, WCRE Executive Vice President Evan Zweben noted that the building is home to Citizens Bank, Axia Health’s South Jersey Fertility and The Center for Mindful Health & Acupuncture.
Zweben represented Villa Chapman Apartments LLC in the sale to Lippincott Drive LLC.
“400 Lippincott is a great asset that has been very well maintained by the prior owner, and we are very happy to be the new owner of this very attractive and well-located building,” said David Cohen, president of Needleman Management. “Every real estate transaction is made up of multiple people that need to be managed and innumerable details that need to be gathered and organized. Managing people and managing information are two very different tasks, and Evan did a great job handling both.”
Needleman Management, established in 1985, owns and manages some 2 million square feet of office space in South Jersey.
