Diversified Properties LLC has completed its lease-up of a new 60-unit luxury apartment building in Wharton just months after unveiling the project.
Known as Irondale at Wharton, the property at 47 Kossuth St. has a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes with features such as a high-end fitness center, a package room, electric vehicle charging stations and both garage and off-street parking. Residents also have quick access to Interstate 80 and routes 15 and 46, with proximity to mass transit, major employers, health care providers and the offerings of western Morris County.
Diversified broke ground on the project in late 2022 shortly after acquiring the approved redevelopment parcel, the former home of a restaurant and rooming house.
