NAI James E. Hanson has bolstered its brokerage team with the hiring of a sales associate.
In a news release, the Hackensack-based firm said it hired Justin Allessio, who will work with Scott Perkins, NAI Hanson’s managing director for corporate services, and Sales Associate Christopher Todd on sales and leasing in the northern New Jersey marketplace. He will specialize in office and industrial transactions.
Prior to joining NAI Hanson, Allessio was an energy efficiency project manager with Conserva Partners in New York City, where he managed energy efficiency initiatives for businesses and building owners. Before that, he was a writer for North Jersey Media Group.
“Justin is a self-starter with a well-rounded background and passion for his work and clients that NAI Hanson values,” Perkins said in a prepared statement. “His experience in client service and project management makes him a perfect fit for the real estate team at NAI Hanson.
“Over our history, we have owed much of our success to our staff of talented and dedicated professionals and we know that Justin will be a valued addition to this tradition of excellence.”
Allessio, a Hewitt resident, has degrees in journalism and mass media political science from Rutgers University.
