A new real estate agency has opened a 1,500-square-foot office in Montclair, with an eye toward serving the residential market in northern New Jersey.
The female-owned firm, West of Hudson Realty Group, has launched at 210 Bellevue Ave. and currently has a roster of 16 agents. The organization is led by five former Keller Williams agents.
“We wanted to get back to a locally focused approach, while continuing to offer the premium, concierge-style service to our clients that we, as agents, always have,” Maria Vecchione, partner and broker of record, said in a prepared statement. “We are building real, lasting relationships, whether it’s providing information about the local schools, to identifying the right contractor for renovations, or knowing the perfect spot for a weekend brunch, we are there for our clients from day one continuing long after closing.”
