NAI James E. Hanson has expanded its industrial brokerage team with the addition of a new sales associate, the real estate services firm announced Thursday.
Brian Donahue has joined the firm’s Hackensack office and will focus on sales and leasing in the Meadowlands industrial market. He will work on that assignment with NAI Hanson’s Tom Vetter and Jeff DeMagistris.
Prior to joining the Hackensack-based firm, Donahue was a commodities trade support associate with Morgan Stanley in Purchase, New York, where he helped ensure the smooth operation of several commodities trading desks, according to a news release. He has also held positions with New York Life Insurance Co. and Allstate Insurance Co.
“Brian’s experience and leadership qualities will be an asset to our team as we continue to welcome the next generation of the NAI Hanson team,” Vetter said. “The continued growth of our company is contingent on hiring the best employees and leveraging their backgrounds to build long and successful careers in real estate with our firm.
“We welcome Brian’s insight and look forward to him becoming an integral member of our team.”
Donahue holds a degree in finance with a minor in leadership studies from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.
