The owner of an 87,000-square-foot shopping center in Burlington County is welcoming several new tenants as it unveils a series of newly completed renovations at the property.
According to Centennial, which manages the center, Solidcore and Tacoria have opened their doors at what’s known as Marlton Square in Evesham Township, while Drybar is slated to open in October. Another business, Federal Donuts, expects to open early next year alongside anchor Trader Joe’s and other tenants at 300 Route 73.
Meantime, the property now boasts new monument signage and white vinyl perimeter fencing, as well as new storefront benches, colorful Adirondack chairs, decorative pole and sconce fixtures, rooftop lighting, exterior music and revitalized landscaping.
“Our mission is to create a premier shopping destination for all of South Jersey,” said Anthony Palino, general manager. “Continued investments have proven to elevate the shopping experience with their favorite brands and trendy food options. With these improvements, we continue to create a strong sense of place for our local community and beyond.”
In a news release, Centennial said the property has seen a 16 percent year-over-year increase in shopper traffic, citing Placer.ai data. It comes as existing tenants have remodeled in response to the recent upgrades, with T-Mobile and Turning Point renovating their interior spaces.
Users opening earlier in 2024 include J Suites, a luxurious beauty collective, and Alpha Fit Club, a strength and conditioning circuit training studio.
“Today’s Marlton Square is a reflection of our commitment to providing a dynamic and inviting environment for our visitors,” said Nikki Columbo, senior vice president national leasing at Centennial. “We’ve introduced a curated mix of retailers and services that meet the evolving needs of our growing community, and we’re excited to see how these changes continue to resonate with our customers.”
Located 15 miles outside Philadelphia, Marlton Square recorded 1.7 million annual visits in 2023.
