An office building in downtown Morris Plains has changed hands for more than $3 million, following a sale brokered by Newmark Associates.
The property, 520 Speedwell Ave., is a 28,000-square-foot building just a few blocks from the borough’s train station. Lynda Cho, sales associate with Newmark Associates, represented the buyer in the $3.255 million transaction.
The brokerage also represented the seller. David Bieber, executive vice president and sales associate, and Helene Elbaum, vice president and sales associate, handled the assignment for the Cedar Knolls-based firm.
