A joint venture has acquired a 356-unit luxury apartment complex in the Iselin section of Woodbridge with the help of a $98 million loan arranged by Newark.
According to a news release, Brooksville Co. and Torchlight Investors secured the financing in connection with The Grande at MetroPark at 3 Ronson Road. Jordan Roeschlaub, co-president of Newmark’s global debt and structured finance unit, along with Vice Chairman Christopher Kramer, Executive Vice Chairman Adam Doneger and Associate Ryan Bub, sourced the loan on the borrowers’ behalf.
Delivered in two phases, in 2019 and 2023, The Grande at MetroPark boasts high-end finishes amenities all in a location just off the Garden State Parkway and minutes from the Metropark train station. The site is also just north of Route 1.
Newmark did not disclose the lender in the deal, although TradedNJ identified it as Ares Management.
