Newmark Associates has brokered the $6.6 million sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial complex at the junction of routes 3 and 21 in Clifton, the firm said Monday.
Representing the seller, Potamkin Auto Center Ltd., Newmark said the property at 90 Kingsland Ave. occupies seven acres of divisible land. The property sits along the eastbound side of Route 3, just west of Route 21 and the Passaic River, with abundant space for outdoor storage of vehicles.
Allan Settlow, senior associate, handled the assignment for Cedar Knolls-based Newmark Associates. He also handled the previously reported sale of a five-building, 200,000-square-foot industrial complex at 69 King St. in Dover.
