Signature Acquisitions has inked three recent deals at a Bridgewater office campus, leasing more than 20,000 square feet to new and existing tenants alongside brokers with Newmark and Deluccia Commercial Group.
In the largest among them, ABA Centers of New Jersey took 11,966 square feet at the four-building, 331,908-square-foot complex known as CenterPointe. The user, which provides individualized applied behavior analysis therapy to those with autism spectrum disorder, will occupy the ground floor at 1150 Route 22 East at CenterPointe.
Newmark Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for New Jersey David Simson and Managing Director Daniel Reider, alongside Deluccia Commercial Group’s Tim Deluccia, represented ownership as the property’s leasing agents. Colliers’ Stephen Graziano and Jim Bailey represented the tenant.
“The campus offers multiple unique opportunities for tenants to establish a presence in a modern, well-balanced suburban market,” Reider said. “We are proud to be part of a project with offerings ranging from a fully vacant building available for lease or purchase to premium spaces within one of the multi-tenanted buildings.”
The Newmark and Deluccia team also secured a 4,415-square-foot lease expansion and extension at CenterPointe with Nisivoccia. The accounting firm is a tenant at 1140 Route 22 East.
Meantime, Savin Engineers signed a 3,915-square-foot lease to partially occupy the second floor at 1140 Route 22 East, the brokers said. The multidisciplined firm, which provides engineering design services ranging from environmental, mechanical, civil, electrical and plumbing, is relocating within CenterPointe from 1160 Route 22 East.
“Signature Acquisitions is pleased to secure these leases at CenterPointe, which underscores the campus’s appeal and strategic location,” said Sandy Monaghan, a senior vice president with the firm. “We are committed to providing a modern work environment that supports our tenants’ needs.”
The deals come as the landlord carries out a series of upgrades to the common areas at buildings 1140 and 1150, while each of properties offers on-site amenities such as cafes and market-fresh vending, conference centers and outdoor seating equipped with WiFi, fitness centers with showers and lockers and an on-site property management team. The firm added that tenants are minutes from a host of restaurants, hotels, childcare centers and retail areas.
