The New Jersey Apartment Association has recognized dozens of member owners, managers and other professionals as part of its 26th annual Garden State Awards of Excellence gala.
The Nov. 6 ceremony, which broke records in terms of attendance and the number of nominees, drew a crowd of hundreds to the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. The association doled out a long list of honors tied to the multifamily housing sector, including the coveted Management Company of the Year awards to three companies:
- Roseland Residential Trust (Market Rate Management Company with Over 2,000 Units)
- Woodmont Properties (Market Rate Management Company with Under 2,000 Units)
- PRD Management Inc. (Affordable Management Company)
“This year’s increased competition in our Garden State Awards of Excellence program is a true reflection of how our member companies continue to professionalize the industry through hard work and education,” said David Brogan, the association’s executive director. “I’m proud of our membership. As I looked through the nominations and spoke with our winners at the gala, it was clear that each and every organization puts a focus on resident satisfaction.”
