A senior leader at the New Jersey Apartment Association has earned a promotion, having been named executive vice president of the influential trade organization.
In her new role, Nichole LoPresti will oversee nearly all staff operations for the NJAA, with a focus on member recruitment and retention, educational programming and all association events. The promotion comes three years after she joined the group as senior vice president of government affairs and special events.
“Over the past three years, the NJAA has improved every facet of its operations and Nichole was integral in making those changes happen,” NJAA Executive Director David Brogan said. “Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and NJAA is lucky to have her.
“This promotion accurately reflects her role here and the contribution she makes to the multifamily industry every day.”
During LoPresti’s tenure, the NJAA has received multiple national awards for its marketing, communications and advocacy, which represented a first for the association. The organization also touted her efforts in drawing record-breaking attendance and revenue for all of the organization’s networking events.
Prior to the NJAA, LoPresti served as vice president of Tonio Burgos & Associates and as a state government affairs associate for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, according to a news release. She also spent time as director of government relations for the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey and director of constituent services and outreach for Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald.
The Marlton resident received her master’s from Villanova University and her bachelor’s from Mount St. Mary’s University.
