A veteran broker has joined Newmark Knight Frank as an executive managing director in New Jersey.

The real estate services firm on Thursday announced the hiring of Bradford C. Fenlon, who currently focuses on tenant representation. In that role, he specializes in helping large global clients find optimal spaces within the New York metropolitan area.
The 35-year industry professional has completed 13 million square feet of commercial and industrial deals valued at more than $1 billion, primarily in New Jersey and New York, but also across the U.S. and Europe, NKF said in a news release. Those deals have involved Fortune 500 firms in the technology, consulting, health care, telecommunications, consumer products and legal service industries.
Fenlon’s transactions include a 250,000-square-foot deal for Cigna, a 90,000-square-foot deal for Billtrust and a 300,000-square-foot deal for Intel. He has also completed sales transactions in the region totaling 3.2 million square feet.
“Brad is highly accomplished and well-known as a prolific business developer in this competitive market,” said David Simson, vice chairman with NKF and its chief operating officer in New Jersey. “He has proven adept at identifying the right properties for clients and we’re proud to welcome him and his expertise to our team.”
