A social services agency in southern New Jersey has signed a new long-term lease in Lindenwold, under a transaction announced Friday by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented the tenant, the Camden County Council on Economic Opportunity Inc., in the commitment at 555 Blackwood-Clementon Road. The new space provides the nonprofit, which focuses on eliminating poverty, with a location about two miles east of Route 42 and with quick access to retailers and restaurants.
Vantage Commercial’s Ken Richardson and Mike Gries brokered the transaction.
