As the mixed-use Gateway project continues to rise in Atlantic City, its developer has released photos of the construction alongside renderings of the $220 million project.
The images show the progress by AC Devco as it builds out the 675,000-square-foot project, which will include a new satellite campus for Stockton University and a six-story office tower for South Jersey Industries. Located in the city’s Chelsea section, the development is slated for completion later this year and will be one of the resort town’s most high-profile nongaming projects over the past two decades.
The buildings are taking shape in the mold of designs completed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and SOSH Architects. Below are additional photos from AC Devco.
