An investor has purchased a 3,800-square-foot commercial property on Route 17 in Paramus, in a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
Located at 480 Route 17 North, the building includes both office and retail space with an additional three-room, second-floor office with a private bathroom, according to a news release. The buyer, Kayla Mia RE Holdings LLC, paid an undisclosed price in the transaction with Salvatore Iacono.
NAI Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi represented both parties, noting that the seller hoped to capitalize on the strong demand for highly visible retail space on Route 17. He added that the property has 80 feet of highway frontage with more than 135,000 vehicles passing by per day, highly visible pylon signage and 12 parking spaces.
“For a retailer, 480 Route 17 North is a premier location due to the large amount of traffic that passes by each day,” Fittizzi said. “Paramus is specifically known for offering a wide variety of retail options and that bodes well for any retailer looking to reach a large target audience. We’re proud to have helped our clients negotiate a deal that aligned with their individual business goals and are excited to continue to help clients navigate the local retail market.”
