A restaurateur has purchased a Wildwood building and its liquor license just over a year after leasing the space to open his new Mediterranean eatery.
Brokerage firm Vantage Commercial represented the buyer, Florian Furxhiu, noting that the site at 517 West Rio Grande Ave. is home to the business known as Santorini. Furxhiu opened the restaurant in April 2021 and was able to purchase the building and liquor license after a successful first year, thanks in part to local infrastructure improvements that enhanced access to the area.
