400 Laurel Oak Road in Voorhees — Rose Commercial Real Estate

A pain management practice has found a new home after leasing 7,000 square feet of office space in Voorhees, brokers with Rose Commercial Real Estate announced.
With its location at 400 Laurel Oak Road, Relievus will be minutes from Interstate 295 and the PATCO Speedline, according to a news release. The deal with 400 Laurel Oak Road LLC comes amid what the brokers described as major improvements that are in progress at the 50,916-square-foot building, which is less than two miles from Route 30.
Rose Commercial President Adam Rose and Senior Vice President Brett Davidoff represented the tenant and landlord, respectively.
