PCD Development has debuted the outdoor amenities at its recently opened luxury apartment community in Bogota, where it has welcomed more than 100 residents.
The firm recently detailed some 20,000 square feet of outdoor spaces at what’s known as The Atwater, located at 1000 West Fort Lee Road, including outdoor work-from-home space, four fire pits and a dining area with four grills. The property also features a roughly 2,000-foot-long walkway along the Hackensack River, helping to fuel leasing velocity at what will ultimately be a 421-unit complex, while it expects to unveil a large outdoor pool area in time for Memorial Day weekend.
The developer has leased 80 percent of the homes that it has made available to date.
“The Atwater sits in the heart of the densely populated Bergen County, but it has the unusual amenity of being located on approximately 13 acres of land, so we were able to create a tremendous outdoor amenity package,” said Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development. “We believe this is one of the most unique and special amenity offerings in the Bergen County market, creatively designed to take full advantage of our exceptional waterfront location. We are thrilled our residents can now head outside and enjoy an active and vibrant community.”
All told, The Atwater features more than 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces for residents, PCD said. Indoors, that includes a clubroom with billiards and a bar, a resident lounge with a fireplace and a high-end, 2,200-square-foot fitness center with yoga studios.
The debut of the outdoor amenities comes around six months after the launch of leasing in conjunction with The Marketing Directors. The team recently released 83 units additional ranging from studio to two-bedroom floorplans, following the success of an initial phase of 91 homes.
Monthly rents start in the $2,000s with incentives of up to two months free on a 26-month lease.
