A boutique apartment building in Morristown has welcomed its first residents, following the launch of leasing in early October.
PCD Development, the firm behind what’s known as The Residences at 30 Court, recently completed construction at the 58-unit building at 30 Court St. It announced the milestone Tuesday as it markets the property’s large floorplans, high-end amenity spaces and a location just blocks from the Morristown Green, with net-effective monthly rents starting at $3,825.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our first residents and begin the important process of building a community,” said Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development. “This signature building’s expansive living spaces and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities have quickly resonated with discerning renters who also appreciate its charming, neighborhood setting that’s a quick walk from the Morristown Green. It’s a compelling lifestyle offering for people looking to lease and apartment in a luxurious residence as well as those scaling down from very large single-family homes while enjoying all that downtown Morristown has to offer.”
The New Providence-based developer is marketing the property alongside CB New Homes of Madison. In a news release, PCD said the property includes two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den floorplans, with living spaces that range from about 1,250 to 2,000 square feet.
Amenities include a modern fitness center, clubroom and entertainment lounge, the developer said. The complex also has a landscaped courtyard with shaded seating and dining areas, oversized fireplace and fire pits, plus an outdoor kitchen area with grill stations.
Aside from being near the dining, retail and cultural offerings of the downtown, The Residences at 30 Court is a mile from the Morristown train station. The building is also a short drive from interstates 287, 78 and 80, along with Route 202 and the Garden State Parkway.
