Peak Construction Corp. has relocated its East Coast office to East Windsor, seeking to accommodate its fast-growing pipeline and operations team in the region.
The Des Plaines, Illinois-based firm announced the move Tuesday, noting that it has completed eight projects in the East Coast market over the past six years and is nearing completion, in progress or completing another six.
Its clients in the region have included MRP Industrial, Prologis, Trammell Crow Co., Black Creek Group, Link Industrial and Brookfield Properties.
The company this year is marking its 25th anniversary.
“We are excited to be experiencing this growth,” said Steve Golumbeck, Peak’s vice president. “Peak has cultivated an excellent East Coast team and is proud to work with our great trade partners in the market. We look forward to continuing to deliver quality products to our clients in the area.”
