Two Pennsauken industrial buildings totaling 55,000 square have changed hands for more than $3.1 million, following a sale arranged by Colliers International.
Brokers with the firm’s Mount Laurel office announced that The Bloom Organization had sold 7203 and 7239 Browning Road to Airport Industrial Partners LLC. The multitenant buildings, part of the Airport Industrial Park, are both fully leased.
Colliers’ Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner represented the seller in the $3.15 million deal, touting the park’s historically high occupancy and access to three state highways.
The deal is Colliers’ eighth property sale in Pennsauken this year.
