Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has secured another tenant for Court Plaza, its office campus in downtown Hackensack, inking a nearly 1,400-square-foot lease with a personal injury law firm.
The practice, Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi PC, will occupy space at 21 Main St. as it expands a footprint that already included offices in Fort Lee and Manhattan, according to a news release. It’s now steps from the Bergen County Courthouse, joining a long list of other law firms at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot complex that’s minutes from major highways such as Interstate 80 and NJ Transit rail and bus service.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jonathan Kristofich and Jessica Curry represented Sanzari in the 1,370-square-foot deal at Court Plaza South.

Led by Founder and Senior Partner Michael Maggiano, DiGirolamo and Partner Michael Lizzi, the firm specializes in practice areas such as motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability and workers’ compensation, among others.

In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Court Plaza has 100 percent on-site covered parking and amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, a common conference room with a large, flat-screen Smart TV and 24/7 access. Tenants are also within walking distance of several nearby dining options and retail outlets such as Vitality Bowls, SideBar Gastropub, Pollos Mario and Coffee Break.
