Prism Capital Partners has sold a 3,400-square-foot commercial condominium at the newly opened Wonder Lofts property in Hoboken, in a deal arranged by Pierson Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage team said an undisclosed buyer purchased the space at 720 Clinton St. for $2.475 million. Robert Mackowski, Pierson Commercial’s Hudson County market specialist, represented the seller at the site, now home to 83 upscale residential condos after Prism’s adaptive reuse of the historic former Wonder Bread factory.
“As a result of Pierson Commercial’s marketing program, we were able to facilitate the sale of this new landmark, highly sought-after commercial condominium opportunity,” Mackowski said. “Wonder Lofts’ central position within the city of Hoboken — along with this rare commercial condo acquisition opportunity — had tremendous appeal among a diverse pool of business types, which renders it a highly desirable business opportunity as well as a strong long-term investment for the buyer.”
With a raft of on-site and nearby lifestyle amenities, Wonder Lofts is a boutique, mixed-use community located west of Hoboken’s downtown. The property is now more than 70 percent sold after hitting the market last year, with remaining homes priced from $1.899 million to $3.499 million.
