Pierson Commercial has added to its list of tenant clients, picking up a well-known beauty supplies chain and a new nail salon concept.
The firm announced recently that it was seeking new locations on behalf of the new clients, Sephora and PROSE. Sephora, which typically occupies 4,000 to 5,500 square feet, offers beauty, skincare and fragrance products and has some 2,300 stores in 33 countries.
The Paris-based company has roughly $13.5 billion in annual global and online revenue.
“We could not be more excited to be assisting Sephora with their expansion efforts throughout New Jersey,” said Gregg Medvin, vice president from Pierson Commercial. “Along with being the innovative pioneer in their industry, they are considered to be the global leader in their sector. The use is under-saturated within many desirable markets in our state and the ideal co-tenant for property owners.”
PROSE, founded by former Massage Envy CEO Dave Crisalli, is a nail boutique that is expanding nationwide, Pierson said. The membership-based chain emphasizes its use of a quality ventilation system to eliminate the chemical smell typically associated with salons.
Pierson is seeking locations in New Jersey on behalf of an experienced franchise operator.
“PROSE has a membership-based business model that creates recurring foot traffic making them a great co-tenant in any shopping center,” said Neil Ruppert, a broker with the Englishtown-based firm. “The company’s quick, continual growth can be contributed to a very experienced leadership team, which is led by the former president and CEO of Massage Envy, Dave Crisalli.”
