An Aldi supermarket is among the newest retailers along Route 9 in Howell, under one of several recent transactions announced by Pierson Commercial.
Gary Krauss, a broker with the firm, represented Landmark Plaza Management in the 18,553-square-foot lease at Landmark Plaza in the township. Tom Hornstein of Horn Companies LLC represented the grocery chain, which opened the store last September.
Pierson, which is based in Marlboro, also announced that Krauss represented C2 Education in a 1,823-square-foot commitment at the Lowe’s Retail Center at 67 Route 9 in Marlboro. David Greenman of Silbert Realty represented the landlord, JMP Marlboro Retail Unit 2 LLC.
Meantime, Krauss represented the landlord at the Navesink Shopping Center in Atlantic Highlands, where Dollar Tree has opened a 10,920-square-foot location. Danielle Brunelli of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented the tenant.
