A fruit bowl restaurant and a Verizon dealer are among the newest tenants for an area landlord in Middlesex County, following separate leases announced this week by Pierson Commercial.
The brokerage firm said it represented TFE Properties in the two deals, which included Sweetberry Bowls’ 1,020-square-foot lease at St. Georges Plaza in Woodbridge. The fruit and acai bowl restaurant joins the complex at 789 St. Georges Ave. alongside tenants such as Crunch Fitness, McDonald’s and Hand & Stone Massage & Spa.
Gregg Medvin of Pierson Commercial represented the landlord, while Eric Starker and Susan Hetzel of Kroll Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
In the other deal, Verizon Wireless leased, 1,791 square feet at 382 George St. in New Brunswick. The ground-floor lease places the multiunit Verizon dealer at the busy corner of George and Church streets.
Medvin represented TFE, while Jeff Jones of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the tenant.
