Three adjacent parcels in Piscataway are under new ownership after a series of newly announced transactions by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In the most recent deal, the firm represented an undisclosed seller in the trade of 14 and 18 Plainfield Ave. The properties, which sold for $1.1 million, are home to commercial buildings and a private home about a mile from Interstate 287.
The deal comes around six months after the sale a nearby property, at 605 River Road, for $1.2 million. The site is fully leased to QuickChek.
BCREG’s Joseph S. Boniakowski represented the seller in all three transactions, while Edward P. Nugent III of Red Door Real Estate represented the buyer in the Plainfield Avenue deal.
