A pool installer has leased more than 90,000 square feet of industrial space in Edison, Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.
The brokerage, which represented the tenant, said Champion Pool Distributors will now occupy the 93,702-square-foot unit at 51 Saw Mill Pond Road. Robert Sager and David Blitt, both senior vice presidents with BRC, handled the assignment.
The property was represented in-house by the owner, Heller Industrial Parks.
“The Edison distribution center will add to Champion’s already strong customer service capabilities,” Blitt said in a prepared statement.
Totaling 250,272 square feet on 55 acres, 51 Saw Mill Pond Road is located near Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike in Heller Park in Edison, according to a news release. The property features 36- to 38-foot-high ceiling heights, 50 tailboards and one drive-in loading, along with 48-foot-by-48-foot column spacing, wet sprinklers and ample parking.
