A new barbecue restaurant has opened its doors at a Mercer County shopping center, where it has leased 2,700 square feet under a deal brokered by Levin Management Corp.
The operator, Pork Chop’s BBQ, recently marked its debut at Capitol Plaza in Ewing, LMC said in a news release Thursday. The Portuguese-inspired concept is among the latest tenants at the 355,000-square-foot complex, joining the likes of Marshalls, Save-A-Lot, Dollar Tree and Planet Fitness, along with a recently announced Wingstop restaurant.
LMC serves as the leasing and managing agent for the center, which sits at the junction of Route 206 and North Olden Avenue.
“We are pleased to bring this new dining option to Capitol Plaza,” said Andrea Kyriacou, LMC’s senior leasing representative for the property. “Offering a large selection of high-quality menu items, Pork Chop’s BBQ appeals to patrons of all ages and is a great addition both to the property and the local restaurant landscape.”
