The owner of a medicine and spa facility has acquired a 9,500-square-foot office building in Lawrenceville, in one of three recent transactions by Commercial Property Network.
The buyer, who operates the business known as Sleep Wellness, purchased the building at 31 Darrah Lane for $2.1 million. CPN Founder William Barish and Sales Associate Brett Keays were the sole brokers in the transaction.
The Princeton-based firm also announced the sale of 1580 Reed Road, an 18,000-square-foot, flex complex in Hopewell, to an investor seeking to resolve a 1031 exchange requirement. CPN’s Paul Goldman listed the property
“The basic transaction was completed in five days, for a building offering great condition and an opportunity for increasing rents,” Goldman said, noting the property has additional space at competitive rents.
Barish and Keays also listed and sold 251 Route 571 in East Windsor to a user-investor, according to a news release. The 4,600-square-foot building will have renovated medical and professional spaces from 700 to 2,100 square feet, along with expansion potential.
All told, the recent transactions by CPN total $4.4 million in value.
