A public relations and marketing firm for the auto industry has leased 24,000 square feet in Hackensack, in one of several newly announced deals by Team Resources Inc.
The brokerage represented both parties in the lease at 70 Burlews Court, a one-story industrial building just south of Route 4. The tenant, Drive Shop LLC, is a network that provides services such as product placement, promotion and experience events for automakers.
Team Resources’ Greg Sholom and David Cantor completed the transaction.
“DriveShop has been a customer of Team Resources for many years,” Cantor said. “The property’s central location made it a good choice for moving high-end brand automobiles to and from (New York City).”
The Lyndhurst-based firm also announced the completion of a new deal at 235 Fairfield Ave. in West Caldwell, where Ukraine Express LLC is taking 17,280 square feet. Team Resources’ Mike Liu and Eric Lewin represented the tenant, an international shipping company.
“This facility provided ample parking for their many vehicles,” Liu said.
Elsewhere, Team Resources’ Dannielle Leigh brokered a 1,800-square-foot office lease at 411 Route 17 in Hasbrouck Heights. She represented both the landlord and the tenant, RAM Mortgage Partners, which is expanding its presence in New Jersey and in Bergen County,
“This office building offered RAM Mortgage and their clients an ideal location on Route 17 with nearby access to Routes 46 and 80,” Leigh said.
