Adoni Property Group is set to unveil a new 44-unit luxury apartment property in Hillsborough, according to a leasing and marketing team with Coldwell Banker Realty.
In a news release, the agents said preleasing is underway at 649 Route 206, the site of what’s known as The Franklin at Hillsborough. Occupancy is slated to begin Feb. 1, they added, touting its location adjacent to the Hillsborough Centre mall.
Monthly rents at the collection of upscale one- and two-bedroom homes start at $2,350, with three months of free rent on a 12-month lease.
“Somerset County’s strong employer base, excellent highway access, and virtually endless entertainment, leisure and shopping options continue to make it one of the premier residential markets in New Jersey,” said Sheryl Ritschel, a director at Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes. “We are excited to leverage our data-driven marketing and leasing strategy to ensure The Franklin at Hillsborough stands out in the increasingly crowded multifamily market.”
Doug and Susan Klein from Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hillsborough and Montgomery office and Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes lead the leasing team.
