Technogym, a maker of high-end sport and fitness equipment, has opened its new U.S. headquarters in Jersey City following a lease arranged last year by Cushman & Wakefield.
The Italian-based manufacturer occupies 18,050 square feet at 70 Hudson St., a 12-story, 433,197-square-foot tower owned by Vision Properties and Hana Alternative Asset Management. That provides it with a waterfront location with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty, plus a private parking facility and quick access to PATH, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and NY Waterway Ferry service.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Edward Duenas and Robert Lowe represented ownership in the transaction, while the firm’s Mark Zaziski, Diego Rodino Di Miglione and Patrick Decker represented the tenant.

Located in Jersey City’s Exchange Place neighborhood, 70 Hudson is part of a mixed-use district with a wealth of retail, dining and recreational options. It has now welcomed a leading international brand in fitness and wellness solutions, C&W said, noting that Technogym has a presence in more than 100 countries and is known for its high-end equipment, cutting-edge digital platforms and partnerships with elite sports teams and global wellness providers.
A partnership of Vision Properties and Hana acquired 70 Hudson in 2022 from PFA Pension and Spear Street Capital.
