A fully leased, mixed-use building in downtown Princeton has changed hands for more than $3 million, under a newly announced deal by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The brokerage firm said the 10,000-square-foot building, located at 234 Nassau St., is home to three tenants that have each occupied the space for more than 50 years. It also has two additional office tenants, along with 19 on-site parking places, a rarity for downtown Princeton.
DNG Property Associates LLC, which is based in Moorestown, paid $3.032 million to acquire the property from Almama Limited Partnership of San Diego. Commercial Property Network’s Al Toto, a senior vice president with the firm, represented both parties, noting that the acquisition also provides a redevelopment opportunity for the buyer.
