The STRO Cos. has secured another tenant at a Hackensack industrial building after inking a 12,000-square-foot lease with a printing and marketing company.
The user, Mittera, will use the space at 215 South Newman St. as expansion of its main facility in Carlstadt, according to a news release. It joins a growing list of tenants at the 65,677-square-foot building off Route 17, where STRO also recently announced a 19,500-square-foot lease with the Hispanic foods distributor Diaz Foods.
Dean Brody of JLL represented Mittera in the deal, while STRO’s Elliot Ferris negotiated on behalf of ownership.
“We were pleased to arrange this transaction with JLL and Mittera,” said Ferris, the firm’s director of leasing. “Mittera identified our building as a means to continue their growth and fulfill heightened demand for their services.”
