An investment firm has acquired a 55,000-square-foot school building in Haddonfield, under a newly completed transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller, Kingsway Learning Center, in its disposition of 144 Kings Highway West. A buyer listed as 1892 Broadway Associates paid an undisclosed sum for the property, which includes multiple classrooms, a gymnasium, administrative offices, restrooms and a cafeteria.
WCRE Vice President and Principal Christopher Henderson and Managing Principal Jason Wolf completed the assignment, while also representing the buyer. They touted the team’s growing number of partnerships with institutional and health care clients in the Philadelphia and southern New Jersey region.
The property, which sits on more than 1.2 acres, sits within Haddonfield’s downtown business district.
