A produce market has taken the lone vacancy at a busy Burlington shopping center, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
The operator, Peter’s Produce LLC, is leasing an undisclosed amount of space at The Shops of Burlington at 201 Route 130. Its new home places it alongside tenants such as Burlington Cleaners, Cheesecakes Galore, Super Speedy Mart and Chef’s Fish and Chicken, while it will benefit from its proximity to Burlington City High School, strong traffic counts and nearby commercial and residential neighborhoods.
Monica Walsh, Vantage Commercial’s director of client services, worked with Francisco Calixto Ramon of Peter’s Produce in the transaction, noting that the deal comes just two months after the former tenant’s departure.
