Public Service Electric & Gas has acquired a vacant lot in downtown Newark for $1 million, according to brokers with Sitar Realty Co.
The Iselin-based firm announced Thursday that it completed the transaction at 327-331 Washington St. The property totals about 0.07 acres.
William Sitar Jr. and Brian Murphy brokered the deal.
