NAI James E. Hanson has brokered the sale of a 1.6-acre lot on Route 10 in Randolph that will become the new home of a landscape and architecture business, the real estate firm said Thursday.
The property, sitting at 1021 Route 10, was acquired by an entity known as Rt. 10 Randolph LLC, the firm said in a news release. NAI Hanson’s Joe Vindigni and Sig Schorr negotiated the sale on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, 1021 Rt. 10 LLC.
Terms were not disclosed.
The lot features one office building and one industrial building totaling 3,000 square feet.
“The property offers great visibility and location right on Route 10,” Vindigni said in a prepared statement. “The sizable lot and office and industrial space will help to support a sales office and installation equipment for the buyer and its growing landscape business while also providing sufficient storage options.”
