Co-warehousing firm ReadySpaces has leased more than 82,000 square feet in North Bergen, in a transaction arranged by the William F. Connors Agency.
The deal at 7001 Anpesil Drive, a 210,000-square-foot property, marks an expansion for a tenant that has secured other locations in northern New Jersey in recent years. William F. Connors III, president of the locally based brokerage firm, represented ownership in securing the 82,200-square-foot commitment.
The transaction follows Sitex Group’s acquisition of the property in early 2022, in a deal that was also brokered by Connors.
