A trade organization has sold a 4,500-square-foot office building in Trenton, in a transaction arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The seller, CORE Association of Realtors, completed the deal at 1428 Brunswick Ave. as part of a plan to consolidate multiple locations into a more centralized space, according to a news release. A buyer listed as 4334 Court Square Realty Holding Corp. paid an undisclosed price and will use the building as an office and training center.
Todd Gannet, senior vice president with Green Brook-based BCREG, listed the property on the seller’s behalf. David DePaola of DePaola Real Estate procured the buyer.
