A locally based design, engineering and construction firm has purchased a 36,000-square-foot industrial building in Westfield, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage team, Redcom Design & Construction paid an undisclosed sum for 608-612 North Ave. BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt represented both the buyer and the seller, WLL Realty, noting that the property is minutes from Route 28, the Garden State Parkway, downtown Westfield and the town’s NJ Transit commuter train station.
The building also features heavy power, tailgate and drive-in doors for loading, 31 parking spaces and a 6,000-square-foot second floor.
